About

Maranatha Learning is a tutoring business dedicated to providing children and learners with a supportive and enriching alternative learning environment. We believe that education should take a holistic approach — one that develops not only academic ability, but also confidence, character, curiosity and a genuine love for learning.

Founded by teachers Kayla Breytenbach and Anke Le Grange, Maranatha Learning was born out of a shared passion for children and a desire to meet the growing need for personalised educational support. Through their experience in teaching, they saw that many learners need more than academic instruction alone; they need patient encouragement, meaningful connection, and guidance that recognises their individual strengths and challenges.

At Maranatha Learning, we offer our services to both primary school and high school learners, providing support that is tailored to each learner’s age, stage and educational needs. Our goal is to help learners reach the necessities of their educational goals while also inspiring them to grow into capable, confident and motivated individuals. We are committed to creating a space where each learner feels valued, supported and empowered to thrive.

Mission Statement

At Maranatha, we aim to guide children through Christ-centred education that grows curious minds, compassionate hearts, and a love for learning, the world, and the people in it.
